Grape variety: 100% Sauvignonasse (Tocai Friulano).
Tasting notes: bright golden-yellow white wine with aromas of lemon zest, floral notes and ripe white fruit such as white peach. Fresh in style, with a pleasant finish.
Food pairing: white meat, seafood, herb omelette, risotto or pasta with vegetables.
Harvest: hand-harvested.
Vinification: 3 days of maceration, followed by pressing, filtration and bottling.
Technical information: alcohol 13%, dry.
