Grape variety: 100% Pinot Noir
Vineyard: north-east oriented slopes ( Zadomajc,Ravno brdo,Ostri vrh, 220-260m)
Soil: Flysch (alternation of marl, sandstone, breccia and conglomerate)
Harvest: manual, early September.
Vinification: 20 days maceration and spontaneous fermentation in inox tanks, only pipeage, 12 months maturation in large oak barrels , no filtration
Description: red fruit, spicy and minerality, strong tannins supported by nice acidity
Technical information: alcohol 13.5%, total sulfite 26 mg/l, serve at 16°
Food pairing: goes well with lamb and duck
