Grape varieties: Rebula, Zelen, Pinela
Tasting notes: golden-yellow sparkling wine with green reflections and fine, persistent bubbles. Aromas of citrus, peach and Mediterranean herbs, complemented by subtle toasty notes. Fresh and elegant, with refined minerality and a vibrant finish.
Food pairing: aperitif, light starters
Soil: sand, sandstone, marl, limestone and clay
Vinification: short maceration and pressing, followed by spontaneous fermentation and malolactic fermentation. Second fermentation in the bottle with the addition of frozen must, followed by 36 months of aging sur lattes. No added sulfites or liqueur d’expédition at disgorgement.
