Harvest: Manuel harvest at the end of September
Vinification: 14 days maceration with regular ‘pigeage’, maturation in French barriques (20% new barrels) for 22 months
Description: Deep red color with hints of pomegranate, aromas of ripe red fruits (cherries, blackberries and blueberries) , spiciness and impressions of undergrowth, powerful tannins and a nice acidity in the finish
