Grape varieties: 80% Gewürztraminer, 20% Chardonnay
Tasting notes: an aromatic sparkling wine with floral and toasty aromas. Dry and full-bodied, with fresh acidity and beautiful balance.
Food pairing: sushi and other Japanese, Chinese or Thai dishes. Excellent as an aperitif, but with enough structure to accompany an entire meal.
Vinification: sparkling wine produced using the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle followed by at least 3 years of aging sur lattes.
