Vineyard: In the immediate surroundings of the estate at an altitude between 100 and 150m, selection of older plots

Vinification: 14 days of maceration followed by maturation in new French barriques for at least 36 months.
Description: Intense ruby-red color, complex aroma with impressions of blackcurrant, tobacco, licorice, and intense spiciness, beautifully integrated oak, powerful tannins, great aging potential.
Technical information: Alcohol 13%, serving temperature 16–18°C
