Harvest: Manuel harvest, mid September
Vinification: Fermentation in oak barriques and larger barrels, followed by 10 months of maturation in barriques (10% new, 30% 1 year old – 30% 2 year old & 30% 3 year old barrels)
Description: Intens lemon-yellow color with green reflections, floral notes (poppy) ,peach and abricot, dry and full-bodied on the palate with impressions of dried abricot, salty and mineral finish
Technical information: Alcohol 13 % , Residual sugar 1,4gr/L, serve at 12-14°
