Vineyard: In immediate vicinity of the estate between 100 and 150m altitude.
Harvest: Manuel harvest
Vinification: Fermentation in inox tanks followed by maturation in barriques (15 – 20% new barrels) for +/- 1 year.
Description: Intense straw yellow color, aromas of yellow fruit – vanilla – toasted and mineral notes, nicely interwoven acidity with a saline finish.
Technical information: Alcohol 13% , serving temperature 12-14°.
Foodpairing: Fish, charcuterie, vitello tonnato, creamy pasta, mushrooms and white meat (farmhouse chicken).
