Harvest: manual harvest, late September – early October
Vinification: 5-7 days maceration, controlled fermentation, 24 months maturation ‘sur lie’ in oak barrels (French and Slovenian oak) and 1 year in bottle
Description: dark purple , ripe dark fruit , blackberry-cassis-blueberry, spicy , “sousbois” and fine wood notes
Technical information: alcohol 12% , serving temperature 16 -18°
