Grape variety: Blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Rebula.
Vineyard: In immediate vicinity of the estate between 100 and 150m altitude.
Harvest: Manuel harvest
Vinification: Fermentation in inox tanks followed by maturation in barriques (20% new barrels) for +/- 1 year.
Description: Intense straw yellow color, floral attack, aromas of yellow fruit, pear, spices and a fine touch of wood, nicely interwoven acidity.
Technical information: Alcohol 14.5% , serving temperature 12-14°.
Food pairing: Rich fish dishes, grilled tuna, veal and lamb, can accompany an entire meal.
