Grape varieties: 100% Rebula
Vineyard: southeast-oriented slopes in the higher part of Brda
Soil: marl (Eocene flysch)
Harvest: manual harvest, early September
Vinification: 24 hours cryo-maceration. 10% of the must ferments in new French barriques, 90% in stainless steel, with initial temperature control. After 3 months of blending and maturation on lie until January, after which bottling.
Description: Straw yellow colour, floral attack, aromas of peach, apple, pear and citrus, with a nice balance between alcohol and acidity and a mineral note in the finish.
Technical information: alcohol 12.5%, total acidity 5.02 g/L, serving temperature 8–10°C
Food pairing: aperitif with small bites, fish carpaccio, sushi, vegetable tempura, etc.
