Appellation: ZGP, Prekmurje, Podravje
Grape varieties: 50% Welschriesling, 30% Chardonnay, 20% Sauvignon Blanc
Vineyard: Goričko, located at 320–350 m altitude
Soil: quartz, marine sediment, basalt and sandy clay
Harvest: hand-harvested
Vinification: the different grape varieties are vinified separately. After 24 hours of skin contact, spontaneous fermentation follows, followed by 12 months of sur lie aging in 500-liter oak barrels and large 25 hl casks. After blending, the wine undergoes an additional 12 months of sur lie aging in large casks.
Tasting notes: spicy and mineral-driven nose with aromas of lemon and grapefruit, white and yellow stone fruit, vanilla and refined oak influence.
