Description
Appellation: ZGP, Prekmurje, Podravje
Grape varieties: 90% Blaufränkisch, 10% Zweigelt
Tasting notes: salmon-pink color with a floral nose and aromas of raspberry and wild strawberry, supported by refined minerality. Medium-bodied, with fresh acidity and a long, well-balanced finish.
Food pairing: shellfish, sea bass carpaccio, vitello tonnato, salads with white meat
Vineyard: Mačkovci, located at 320–350 m altitude
Soil: quartz sand, quartz gravel and clay
Harvest: hand-harvested
Vinification: whole clusters are gently pressed, followed by spontaneous fermentation and aging in stainless steel tanks. Lightly filtered before bottling.
