Soil: basalt, phyllite, marine sediment, sandy marl
Harvest: manual harvest, 20 hl/ha
Vinification: 30% full bunches, 70% de-rusted, 1 month skin contact, both fractions are fermented separately, spontaneous fermentation, after pressing is blended and 22 months maturation in 500l oak barrels
Description: red golden color, rose petals, rooibos , sumac, smoked paprika, mineralic
Technical information: alcohol 13%, sugar 2.0gr/l, acidity 5.4gr/l, serve at 10-12°
