Tasting notes: aromas of blackcurrant and sour cherries, supported by soft tannins and refreshing acidity.

Soil: river deposits, medium-heavy soil
Harvest: hand-harvested at full ripeness
Vinification: 6 days of maceration, followed by 4 months of aging on the fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
Technical information: alcohol 12.5%, total sulfites 55 mg/L, serving temperature 16–18°C, can also be served slightly chilled.
