Vineyard: Stranice 160m, Ravno brdo 240m, Ostri vrh 250m
Soil: Flysch (alternation of marl, sandstone, breccia and conglomerate)
Harvest: manual, third week of September
Vinification: 7 days maceration, spontaneous fermentation ( average 22° – max 30°) partly in concrete tulips and partly (70%) in large wooden (oak and acacia) barrels, malo-lactic transformation
Description: Rebula for freshness, Malvasia for the floral and spicy nose, Welschriesling for generous and measured ripe fruit notes
Technical information: alcohol 13.5%, total sulfite 27mg/l, serve at 10-12°
Food pairing: is a companion for many dishes: grilled fish, poultry and rich salads.
