Vinification: 5 days maceration, spontaneous fermentation in concrete tulip tanks (18°,max 24°), malo-lactic transformation
Description: red fruit (raspberry – wild strawberry) orange, spicy, grapefruit , pleasant bitterness on the finish Technical information: alcohol 13.5%, total sulfite 38 mg/l, serving temperature 10°
