Grape variety: 100% Cabernet Sauvignon
Vineyard: west facing terraces in the upper part of Brda
Soil: marl
Harvest: manual harvest in early October
Vinification: 3 weeks controlled maceration in vinificator, 18 months maturation in barrique ( partly new), further 12 months in amphoras . Filtration and bottling. At least 6 months in the bottle.
Description: deep red color, floral attack, red fruit, black currant, plums, spicy, graphite tobacco and leather. Fine tannins and nice balance with fine acidity.
Technical information: alcohol 13.5%, acidity 5.72 g/l, serving temperature 18-20°
