Appellation: ZGP, Brda, Primorska
Grape variety: 100% Sauvignon Vert / Jakot / Sauvignonasse
Vineyard: south-east-facing slopes
Soil: marl (Eocene flysch)
Harvest: hand-harvested, early September
Vinification: 24 hours of cold maceration. 10% of the must ferments in new French barriques, 90% in stainless steel, with initial temperature control. After 3 months, the wine is blended and aged sur lie until January, followed by bottling.
Tasting notes: initial notes of white blossom, highly aromatic, white stone fruit, violet candy and lemon balm, with a mineral touch on the finish.
Technical information: alcohol 12.5%, total acidity 4.45 g/L, serving temperature 8–10°C
