Vinification: bunches are crushed with feet, spontaneous fermentation, after 10 days pressing, further fermentation and maturation in inox, unfiltered
Description: aromas of rose petals, ripe stone fruit and pineapple, nutmeg, mineral touch, a smooth all-rounder
Technical information: alcohol 10.5% , acidity 4.7 6gr/l, SO2 30 mg/l, serve at 10-12°
