Grape variety: 30% Furmint and 70% Sauvignon Blanc
Vineyard: Gorca, Haloze, 270 – 340 m altitude, slopes up to 65%, south oriented
Soil: calcareous marl
Harvest: manual harvest in late September – early October
Vinification: spontaneous fermentation, 12 months maturation in large wooden barrels, 4 months on inox, unfiltered
Description: aromas of dark green herbs, yellow stone fruit and citrus (lime) covered with a smoky minerality. Full mouthfeel, ‘salty’ texture, tight acids and long finish
Technical information: alcohol 14.5% , acidity 7.39gr/l, no addition of SO2, serve at 10-12°
