Vinification: This Brut is made in the traditional way, with second fermentation in the bottle. The bottles remain ‘sur lattes’ for at least 24 months
Description: slightly ripe apple, brioche, mineral, full-bodied finish, nicely supporting acidity
Technical information: alcohol 12.5%, total acidity 6.0g/l, residual sugar 6 g/l (brut)
