Description: slightly ripe apple, brioche, mineral, full-bodied finish, nicely supporting acidity
Technical information: alcohol 12.5%, total acidity 6.0g/l, residual sugar 6 g/l (brut)
Food pairing: as an aperitif or lightly grilled white fish
