Winemaker: Bjana is named after the village of Biljana in the west of Slovenia, where this family winery is located. The wines of this estate, which is run by Miran Sirk, age in the completely restored Chateau Dorisce, one of the oldest wine cellars in the region which is also a popular tourist attraction.

Vinification: This sparkling wine is only made in exceptional years, according to the méthode traditionnelle. Spends at least 36 months sur lattes.
