Grape varieties: 50–70% Chardonnay, 30–50% Ribolla Gialla (Rebula)
Tasting notes: fresh and fruit-driven sparkling wine with aromas of ripe apple and brioche. Fine acidity provides balance and freshness on the palate.
Food pairing: aperitif, oysters and shellfish
Vineyard: most of the vineyards are located in Biljana
Soil: predominantly marl
Harvest: hand-harvested
Vinification: produced using the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle followed by at least 24 months of aging sur lattes.
