Vinificatie: Fermentation in inox tanks followed by maturation in French barriques (40% new barrels) for 10 months, further maturation on inox, bottling after 18 months.
Beschrijving: Subtle Chardonnay nose, buttery touch, spicy (vanilla, pepper), nicely referenced wood tone, mineral, full body balanced by a lively acidity and length.
Technische informatie: Alcohol 13%, serving temperature 12-14°.
Foodpairing: Tuna fillet, swordfish or just to enjoy a glass.
