Grape variety: 100% Rebula (Ribolla Gialla)
Tasting notes: intense straw-yellow color with aromas of yellow fruit, vanilla and toasted notes, complemented by a mineral touch. Fresh, well-integrated acidity, a mineral finish and a subtle saline note.
Food pairing: fish, charcuterie, vitello tonnato, creamy pasta dishes, mushrooms and white meat such as farmhouse chicken
Vineyard: located in the immediate vicinity of the estate, at an altitude of 100–150 m
Soil: marl
Harvest: hand-harvested
Vinification: fermentation in stainless steel tanks, followed by approximately 1 year of aging in barriques, of which 15–20% are new.
Technical information: alcohol 13%, serving temperature 12–14°C
