Vinification: 8 days of maceration, pigeage once daily, 7 months in stainless steel followed by 10 months of maturation in barriques (95% used), with further bottle aging
Tasting notes: ripe dark fruit, spicy black pepper and tobacco, with a beautifully balanced finish
