Grape varieties: 75–85% Pinot Noir, 15–25% Ribolla Gialla (Rebula)
Tasting notes: fresh and fruit-driven sparkling rosé with aromas of red fruit and brioche. Fresh acidity and a beautifully balanced palate.
Food pairing: excellent as an aperitif
Vineyard: most of the vineyards are located in Biljana
Soil: predominantly marl
Harvest: hand-harvested
Vinification: produced using the traditional method, with a second fermentation in the bottle followed by at least 24 months of aging sur lattes.
